A big thanks to Brett Vito from the Denton Record-Chronicle who took some time to answer some UNT related questions.

1. What is UNT’s biggest strength on offense?

UNT has a trio of talented skill position players who have helped the Mean Green get off to a really good start offensively.

Jeffery Wilson has rushed for 666 yards and nine touchdowns and is one of the best running backs in Conference USA. Wide receiver Jalen Guyton has been a key addition since arriving from Trinity Valley Community College and has caught five touchdowns passes through the first five weeks of the season.

Quarterback Mason Fine has also played well, throwing for 1,442 yards and 11 touchdowns with just four interceptions.

The trio has helped UNT average 38.8 points per game to lead C-USA and is talented enough to keep the Mean Green in just about any conference game it plays.
