West Plains (TX) High School offensive tackle Keegan Collins had a good 2024 season. First, he picked up his first three offers, which included one from UTSA, and then helped lead the Wolves to the Texas Class 4A Division 1 State Semi-Finals before falling to the eventual state champion Celina Bobcats.
