KEEP IT 200
In all but one road game this year each of home team opponents have rushed for at least 220 yards. There will be opportunities for multiple rushers to have a big night on the ground as all those games have included two or more rushers averaging at a minimum five yards per carry. Time to Roadrun it!
GOOOOALLLL
There should not be any half stepping in this game from UTSA. A major goal in being bowl eligible is on the line. No cheese, rat poison or bulletin board material is needed. This team has put them self in a position to continue the programs winning ways and keep themselves as a program on a positive trajectory. One of the entire team’s WHYs is a key. The goal to be reached is the battery in the back for this game.
OWENS ON
If someone told you The Roadrunner quarterback will throw for 271 yards and two touchdowns a game, would you take it? That is who Owen McCown is in his first season as a starter. He has been maturing and taking great care of the football as well with only five interceptions thrown thus far. The playbook is at his command and letting him stay slinging the ball is a-key for UTSA.
