There’s always a call to arms when certain talents are missed out on or undervalued or under appreciated. There are players who put up crazy numbers and to people in the players area seem to be getting no traction out side of their district or side of town. Thankfully I’ve been able to see and appreciate talent from all over the great state of Texas. Here are some names for the 2023 class you definitely should wake up and pay attention to.

The Buccaneer wide out has amassed over 3000 yards receiving and 27 touchdowns the last 2 years. Adkism is arguably the best receiver in South Texas for the 2023 class. He has elite catching ability and has the clutch catch gene. Has incredible balance and is an extremely tough tackle and possesses break away speed. Currently holds offer from UTSA.

Kaleb Black is a special talent and home run threat from anywhere on the field. The Klein Oak Receiver can do it all and moves well in space. He is shifty and has supreme 3 gear acceleration for separation on routes and after the catch. Shows patience and high football IQ in route running ,attacks the ball on catches. Kaleb had 42 catches for 787 yards and 8 touchdowns.Currently holds offers from Houston,Tulsa, Wisconsin and Kansas.

The Incredibly speedy linebacker helped his team win state this year looks primed to explode on the recruiting scene this off season. Kilgore is powerful tackler who is very instinctive and always around the ball making plays. Great speed from sideline to sideline and in coverage.Currently holds offers from UTSA and Arkansas State.

Tyrone McDuffie is a smooth footed force on the offensive line, which isn't a surprise given he also plays basketball. He ability looks to excel in pull blocks and is aggressive in engaging the defense at multiple levels. He is a nasty finisher of blocks and plays both guard and tackle on both sides of the ball. Current offer UTSA, Colorado, UTEP and New Mexico.

A mammoth framed and endless motor play wrecking human being. Seminole High school Defensive End / Offensive lineman Rikter Connally is a physically dominant talent. Has a build that every school in the country wants on their team and is very moldable and has a very high ceiling. Shows incredible strength off the line and plenty of single arm tackles while getting off blocks. Schools showing interest : Texas Tech, Baylor and Louisiana Tech.

A definite D1 talent and special linebacker out of the Austin area, Latreveon McCuthin attacks ball carriers with a purpose. His junior season he tallied 100 tackles ,13.5 for loss with 4 sacks and 1 interception, forced fumble/recovery and a defensive touchdown for the jaguars. Shows very fast feet and play recognition with a long tackle range ability for attacking. Doesn't get shook and is ultra aggressive. Schools showing interest: Texas, UTSA and Baylor.

I first saw Noah at the Coppell, Tx Rivals event and he was holding his own against some of the nations best prospects. The Duncanville center definitely took that momentum and performed very well this season. He uses his leverage and has great strength and is an action filled offensive lineman. Can regularly over power and stalemate larger defensive tackles doesn't give up yardage after the snap and gets to the next level to cause more havoc for defenses.
