Ty Hawkins – QB – San Antonio Johnson - Confident and willful talented passer (Ty Hawkins) for the Jaguars has noticeable traits for a very special level of talent. He can extend plays and lead receivers with pinpoint accuracy. Hawkins has high arm talent with athleticism and good speed when outside the pocket but is just as comfortable delivering any pass on the field from the pocket. Hawkins’ 1st season proved fruitful with 2,200 yards passing 29 TDs 8 INT while compiling 900 yards rushing with 8 TDs on the ground. This next season will be one to watch in his recruitment as schools continue to monitor his performances. Currently holds 6 Division 1 offers.
Chad Warner – QB – Cibolo Steele - Was a 69% completion passer with 2,500 yards, 23 touchdown passes to 5 interceptions. Warner has shown poise and elite ball placement on his passes and makes good decisions with the football for the Knights.
Jaxon Baize – QB – Boerne - Threw 53 touchdowns and over 3,500 yards to 8 interceptions and had a 68% completion perfect. He looks to have Greyhounds back to the State title game after finishing runner up as a sophomore. He is a cool, calm, and accurate passer from the pocket or on the move.
Jaden Perez – WR – San Antonio Brandeis - One of the nation’s best is coming off a season that saw him show his versatility as a route runner and explosiveness after the catch. Perez had 42 receptions for 596 yards and 6 receiving touchdowns along with a 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. He's can do it all from contested catches, blocking to being a homerun threat at every touch. He's an elite talent in the region. Currently holds 9 Division 1 offers.
Jalen Cooper – WR – Cibolo Steele - Had 23 receptions 5 touchdowns and 415 yards at 18 yards per catch. He's a constant deep threat for the offense but can also get open in a phone booth. He’s a prospect to keep an eye on this season as I expect his production to go up within the offense.
Jaylin Baker – WR – Brandeis - Went for 24 receptions 263 yards 2 touchdowns in his sophomore year. He is a chain mover for the Broncos offense, Baker flashed big play potential at moments. Most importantly he showed to be an all-around player from blocking to finding space for scrambling passers and making clutch catches.
Logan Schram – OL – Boerne - Not a lot to say about the "Wall" that is Logan Schram. Every time this young man touches a football field it seems his ceiling increases. Great feet, physical and athletic. I've been fortunate to see Logan in multiple settings and he is a consistent high performer. His versatility will continue to improve as he continues to grow. He currently holds 6 offers.
Michael Terry – ATH – Alamo Heights - A talent whose athleticism screams at you every turn Michael Terry is a canvas still waiting to be painted and the sky is the limit of possible positions for his talent. You can make an argument for him to never come the field. He's played 5A varsity level at these positions as freshman and sophomore (QB, RB, WR, CB, S, OLB, KR/PR, K/O, P) He tallied 132 passing yards 3 TD passes, 716 rushing yards with 14 TDs with 27 catches 371 yards and 7 TDs. Include 2 special team return TDs with the fact that Terry wasn’t a major 4th quarter participant given the scores of games during district play. His work ethic is impressive as he is a 3+ sport athlete. Terry currently holds 8 offers.
Royal Capell – ATH – Cibolo Steele - playing both sides of the ball at the highest level of Texas high school football (6A) for one of the region’s most powerful teams is no small feat. Royal as a sophomore had 59 receptions 726 yards 5 touchdowns along with 11 yards per carry and 1 rushing touchdown. Capell also made his presence felt on special teams and at safety in the knights secondary. Currently holds P5 offers from 3 of 5, Power 5 conferences.
Tristan Escobar – WR – San Antonio Brennan - The secondary for San Antonio powerhouse Brennan is in seemingly good hands with the development of Safety Tristan Escobar. With the programs history of housing and developing secondary talent the fearless roaming secondary defender embodies the programs ideologies completely. He plays fast and smart and uses every ounce of his athleticism to make plays for the Brennan defense.
Jamare Smothers – DB – San Antonio Roosevelt - A Physical and athletic defender for the roughriders. Smothers doesn't shy away from contact and has footwork to play any position in the secondary easily. He possesses good breaking speed on passes and is a smart defender to down and distance. He has the skill set to play on both sides of the ball.
Lorenn Johnson – RB – San Antonio Johnson - The Jaguars sophomore made his season debut in style with an all-around performance against Converse Judson. He shows a shifty and powerful run style with good top end speed. Is good at making defenders miss and mixing in being physical and choosing angles. He's a second level nightmare for defenses. He racked up 676 yards on 94 carries with 6 rushing and 5 receiving touchdowns.
Cole Pryor – RB – San Antonio Reagan - Broke out for 1,279 yards rushing and 10 touchdowns and didn’t have a fumble on the season. He is a smooth, patient runner who has great acceleration and keeps his legs moving during tackles to finish runs falling forward.
Payton Matthews – RB – Harlan - A true Swiss army knife of talent again in the back field for Harlan. In a supporting role he tallied 5 rushing, 2 receiving and 1 special team score and was 3/4 passing on the year. On limited touches put up over 800 total yards. He's a slashing runner who uses space very well. Currently holds offer from UTSA.
