UTSA had a good amount of recruits on hand for their game against North Texas. I was able to get a few comments from a couple of the guys after the game who attended what turned out to be a nailbiter of a game. Here are their thoughts.

"The guys played really good. Came out a little slow but they fought all the way to the end and came out with a big win. That d-line played extremely good only allowing 22 rushing yards which is insane!"

“I loved it! We came out a little slow, but we got it when it mattered! I love how much the crowd gets involved in big moments and causes other teams mental mistakes and forces them to use timeouts!”

"It was a crazy game! I liked it. The fans were into it all game , I loved the student section they made the game a little more exciting, and JT Clark different !"

"I was in total shock! I knew they were gonna score, but was it going to be a field goal or a touchdown and they didn’t disappoint with the touchdown. They excel well in the 2 minute drill, but it’s always a mind blower of how they get it done and my face from the one hand to the touchdown was just( in shock emoji).”

"Great game. It started slow but when UTSA had to make the plays, they made them and when it came down to it at the end the pulled through for the win."

“I think the game was pretty good. I honestly think both defenses played pretty well and there were Alot of big plays made, but I think at the end, it came down to who wanted it more.”

“The team’s performance reminds me of my team against rockwall heath friday. When they got down, they never put their heads down, they always found a way to make something happen. They played really well and had me on my feet every play that was made.”
